This is a nice little compilation of a couple dozen push-up variations that you can use to add variety to the very beneficial, but very boring, push-up workout.

I used this pamphlet a couple times to jog my memory of variations in order to extend my workout and add some functional strength exercises. That's the positive/5(2). Both books should be read Windsor variations. book you want to make sense of current events in the House of Windsor.
